We are not part of Old Tupton Ware Company.  Please do not contact oldtuptonware.co.uk because they are not one of my websites, and you will not get the information you need.

We own and sell their products on oldtutpwonware.com website and our other website is online gifts shop tialilly.com.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll send it within 2 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, delivery can take 2-5 business days.  Each order is tracked and we will send your tracking details if you request.  Send email to hello@tialilly.com
What if the shipping address I provided is incorrect?
Email hello@tialilly.com immediately to notify us of the change of address.

We recommend you double check your address when placing your order. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately after you place your order confirming your address.  If your order has already been sent we will not be able to change the direction and you will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I Return an item?

All products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

The packaging should be the same or equivalent to how you received the item.

How do I place an order on your website?

Here’s how:

  1. Choose a category from the top navigation menu or explore a specific style.

  2. Select your desired item and click Add To Cart. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout.

Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.
