Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, simply replying to the order email requesting a refund is enough to action a return

Refunds and Replacements

If the item is damaged or incorrect then please contact us as soon as possible. Email hello@tialilly.com

We require a photograph of the item and explaination of your refund or replacement request

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.

If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed, and we will credit the full amount including postage costs to your payment method or post a free replacement to you.

Shipping Returns

In the event where you change your mind after recieving the item, then you must return the product within 30 days, you should contact us as soon as possible for the return address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are in reciept of a gift from our website, and wish to return the gift then you may do so, however the purchaser will recieve the refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
